How does the 1st time buyer buy a home without competing with multiple offers?

DSC_0115

Now that the Real Estate market appears to be on the upswing and foreclosures are reducing it seems nearly impossible for the first time buyer to get a good home at a fair price. And, without competing against multiple offers thus, paying much more than anticipated. I have developed a marketing strategy for the 1st time buyer. It is a more proactive assertive approach to finding buys quickly. I would be happy to share my secrets feel free to give me a call. Sometimes you just need a creative new approach to house hunting.

Why Not buy in Ramona?

iron mtAs the Real Estate Market heats up, it seems first time buyers are running out of homes to buy. I’ll let you in on a secret-Ramona CA. While we are only 40 minutes away from bustling downtown San Diego, we are worlds away when it comes to beautful places to live with a more kick back feel. Surrounded by mountains, this picturesque unincorporated piece of theSan Diego County Pie is still reasonable priced in comparison to other areas nearby, like Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Scripps Ranch. Yet this rural area still offers the home town feel. For more information about Ramona, including school and demographic info and stunning pics CLICK ON:
